Our weekend at Podere Santa Chiara was truly unforgettable. The location, surrounded by natural beauty and just a short distance from stunning beaches, was a perfect retreat. We made great use of the free e-bikes to explore the area in a leisurely and peaceful manner. The hospitality of Ronny and Vale made us feel right at home, adding a special touch to our stay.The on-site restaurant offered simple yet incredibly fresh and delicious meals. We found the setting charming, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere that enhanced our dining experience. The attention to detail in both the food and service surpassed our expectations. We enjoyed every moment of our meals under the stars, indulging in the flavors of Salento cuisine.Our room was modern and comfortable, showcasing beautiful views and providing a peaceful haven during our stay. The attention to detail in the design and amenities was evident, ensuring a high-quality and harmonious experience. Vale, our host, was a true gem, embodying spontaneity and enthusiasm in her interactions with guests. Her warmth and hospitality truly made our visit memorable.
